2025 marks a bold new chapter as State Founder of Fiv Realty Co. in Maine—a move that reflects her vision for the future of real estate leadership in her home state.

Her approach combines expertise, empathy, and an unshakable commitment to her clients' success.

But Kim’s leadership extends far beyond transactions. She’s served on the Board of Directors for both the Greater Portland Board of REALTORS® and the Maine Association of REALTORS®. Jessica Bedell Mongue
Membership Director
Jessica got her start in the real estate industry back in 2016 doing marketing for a small commercial firm based out of Portland. She began assisting with contracts and compliance for the team and felt in order to fully understand the process and laws she needed to become licensed. Since passing her sales agent course in 2017, Jess has had the pleasure to work with clients on both commercial and residential transactions and loves how no two deals are ever the same. Jessica lives in Shapleigh with her husband Jason and their two boxers, Henry and Bubba.
